Hi, Mark.  Following up on my last call with you, R&G Properties would like=
 to proceed with marketing our undeveloped Moses Lake parcels.  The parcels=
, north to south, are 31-3168-000, 31-3167-000, and 31-3166-000.

Attached is another copy of the updated deed for the right of way that the =
Port will be taking.  It will run diagonally across our middle parcel (31-3=
167-000).  As you suggested, I think we should proceed now to obtain a lot-=
line adjustment between the middle and southernly parcels, to attach to our=
 southern parcel the southern remainder of the middle parcel.  Do you agree=
?  Also, do you have a suggestion of who could handle that lot line adjustm=
ent for us on a cost-effective basis?

The northern parcel is in the city limits.  The two southern parcels are no=
t.  Should we seek to have one or both of the two southern parcels annexed?=
  Would that assist with marketing?

You suggested a value of $4 per square foot for the northern parcel, and $3=
 per square foot for the middle and southern parcels.  I presume we will ma=
rket the northern remainder of the middle parcel as a unit with our norther=
n parcel.  Would it be appropriate to ask $4 per square foot for the combin=
ation of the northern parcel with the northern remainder of the middle parc=
el?
