Hi, Gil.  As things are developing, we may (uncertain) end up selling the e=
ntire Lot 2 to the Port.  That would eliminate the need for a BLA, and woul=
d leave us with just Lot 1 to be annexed.  Does that affect your next steps=

Good morning. Appreciate the updates on the City of ML annexation process. =
Quick question, when are Pre-Applications scheduled? I recall in some of th=
e meetings with the Dept regarding development reg's, Community Development=
 was moving to holding Pre-Apps on the same day for consistency. I have the=
 Pre-App form completed and need the owners to sign. Just need some schedul=
ing info.

Also, I have met with Grant County Development Services regarding the propo=
sed Annexation. They didn't have much to say given it is in the UGA. Grant =
County Public Works may say something about the ROW (Road L) jurisdiction. =
Talk soon.
