  2.  Disconnect:  Electrical
  3.  Terminate:  Insurance
  4.  Retain enough cash in the WT account to cover CLA's bill for the tax =
return.  Distribute the rest of the cash.
  5.  Ask CLA to prepare a final 2024 income tax return.  Ask them to inclu=
de as a 2024 expense the amount of their bill for the 2024 return.
  6.  Obtain partial refund from Gil Alvarado
  7.  Close the WT account after paying the final CLA bill.
