Hi Lee, thanks for the information.

Since we had the fence put into our agreement before we even purchased= the lot, obviously it is of importance to us. It remains our intent t= o enclose the side area with a fence. We are asking the board for thei= r preference on the type of fence and if they prefer it to be along the ease= ment or canted with respect to the easement. Without further input fro= m the board, it will need to be a cedar fence along the easement as in our o= riginal purchase approval.

I explained my findings with= my interviews with the Battle Ground Fire Dept., and the Clark county Fire M= arshal. Perso= nally, I do not want to set a precedent to allow fences in front of homes/st= ructures. You are in a unique situation regarding your lot as you have= a previous agreement with the now long-gone HOA President and Realtor.
